dc.description.abstract Today environmental pollution has become a serious issue and effect utilization of resources is must in order to survive in the market while minimizing the cost. In order to achieve that, adopting new strategies is essential. In such situation, all business firms should put their effort to concern about the environment and promote green behaviors within the firm. Voluntary Employee Green Behavior voluntary participate for the environmental friendly activities within the organizations. Commercial banks are financial organization which recently introduces the green concept and the organuation expects voluntary participation from employee. There are no more similar articles in banking industry to evaluate those factors empirically, because of that as the main objective the study researcher investigated what the factors are affecting on voluntary employee green behavioq (VEGB). The date were primary and collected using questionnaire. 159 'employee were selected as the sample with special reference to commercial banks in gamapha district. The date were analyzed by using SPSS. According to research the result provides sufficient evidence that there are significant positive relationship impact high level among the employee attitudes empioyee awareness internal environment orientation perceived organization support and perceived supervisor support with voluntary employee green behavior. en_US
