dc.description.abstract This study investigates the factors influencing on entrepreneurshi{ orientation in vocational training holders in Batticaloa. This study was implemented with of three variables of educational support, relational support and structural support. And entrepreneurship orientation is as the dependent variable. This study eiiminates the empirical knowledge gap in the Batticaloa area rcgarding this topic. Using a structured questionnaire the data was collected from 315 entrepreneurs in Batticaloa. And the collected data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics, and regression analyses. The findings reveal that the educational support, relational support and structural support are in high level among the respondents. And entrepreneurship orientation also high level among the respondents. The analyses stated the educational support positive impact on entrepreneurship orientation. Relational support posiiive impact on entrepreneurship orientation. Structural support positive impact on entrepreneurship orientation en_US
