Furtherrnore, it was also found that there is a negative relationship between the FOMO and individual job performance, the positive relationship between the FOMO and Job stress and the negative relationship between Individual job performance and Job stress. Major finding of this study was Job stress partially mediate the relationship between FOMO and Individual job performance of SIBs employees in Batticaloa. These findings would be useful to employees to concern FOMO and job stress in order to develop their Individual j ob performance en_US
