dc.description.abstract The objectives of this research study are to find out thg levels of spiritual leadership and employee innovative behavior, the relationship between them and the impact of spiritual leadership on employee innovative behavior. In order to achieve these objectives, data were collected from 208 employees of five selected Banks in Matale District by using research questionnaire. In general, there is an empirical knowledge gap regarding spiritual leadership and employee innovative behavior in banking sector of Matale District. The findings of this research study revealed that there is a high level of spiritual leadership and employee innovative behavior. Moreover, there is strong positive relationship betweerr spiritual leadership and employee irurovative behavior. Further, Current study shows that spiritual leadership significantly impact on employee innovative behavior in selected banks in Matale District. en_US
