SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE BASE ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP, INNOVATION IN E-BUSINESS FIRMS

Abstract

The aim of the study was find out the sustainability performance of e business owners, to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship and innovation and sustainability performance,. When focusing on the e business owners performance is an important thing to focus on. Hence, this study focuses on the e-business owners' sustainability performance on innovation and entrepreneurship Thus, the study objectives are to identify to examine the nature of entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable performance. and to examine the relationship among entrepreneurship, innovation and sustainable performance. and to examine the impact of entrepreneurship, innovation on sustainable performance. The study accompanies with quantitative research approach. The study used primary data .A structured questionnaire was used as the method of data collection, and the questionnaire included 31 questions with five-point Likert scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. In this study, using the information found in the 300 e business owners in Trincomalee district, and convenience sampling method used to make the method of sampling framework. The data were measured using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and moderation analysis. Moreover, the result shows significant positive associations among all the variables. Further , there is a strong positive relationship between sustainability performance and innovation and entrepreneurship, there is a strong positive impact of sustainability performance on innovation and entrepreneurship.
