Abstract:
This research study mainly emphasis on identifying the mediate role of employee voice
behaviour relationship between empowering leadership and creativity among executive
level employees in company of Ampara District. The study aims to explore the level of
employee voice behaviour, empowering leadership, and employee creativity,
relationships among employee voice behaviour, empowering leadership, and employee
creativity, and mediate role of employee voice behaviour relationship between
empowering leadership and creativity among executive level employees.
The researcher selected deductive approach and quantitate approach to build this
research study. Based on the cross-sectional time horizon, the researcher collected data
within limited time period. To address the research gap, of the study employed various
methods analysis. Through, reliability analysis, validity analysis, Pearson correlation
analysis, and regression analysis, the researcher successfully achieved objective of this
study. Through the structural questionnaire survey, the researcher collected data from
316 respondents. By utilizing these analytical methods and collecting data from a
specific Sri Lankan setting, the researchers aimed to contribute to the existing literature
on mediate role of employee voice behaviour relationship between empowering
leadership and creativity among executive level employees.
The result indicated that, employee voice behaviour, empowering leadership and
employee creativity had high level among selected respondents. Although, correlation
analysis results indicated, there is positive relationships among employee voice
behaviour, empowering leadership and employee creativity. Mediation analysis results
that indicates there is positive mediate role of employee voice behaviour relationship
between empowering leadership and creativity among executive level employees in
company of Ampara District.
